Free Trial Classes!
Free trial classes for adults are available the first Wednesday and first Saturday of every month. Please sign up using the form.
Please contact us to schedule a kid’s trial class.
Adult trial classes start at 7:00 pm. Please arrive a few minutes early. Wear loose-fitting workout clothing like sweatpants and t-shirts. No shorts or tank tops.
